Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Crewmate (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm, you represent that you are authorized to bind that firm.

1. Accounts

Access is invite-only and provided per firm. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload content you lack the right to process, and ensure you have a lawful basis to process any client information you provide.

3. Connected services

You may connect third-party services (e.g. Google, Dropbox, Square). Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you authorize Crewmate to access them on your behalf to provide the features you enable. You may disconnect them at any time.

4. Customer data

As between you and Crewmate, you own the data you and your clients provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and secure the Service. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and will make reasonable efforts to notify firms of material changes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Crewmate is a tool to assist professional-services work; it is not a substitute for professional judgment, and outputs (including AI-generated content) should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewmate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your tenant data.
